Job Purpose:

As an Online Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and operating MMI's digital platforms, including the MMI Home Delivery website and app. You will play a vital role in enhancing customer experience by ensuring digital content, promotions, and online merchandising strategies align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure timely product launches by managing the entire process from setup to go-live and overseeing delisting processes.
2. Maintain and update landing pages, event pages, and digital content to enhance user engagement while aligning with brand guidelines.
3. Collaborate with internal teams (category, business, CRM, IT, and marketing) to ensure digital content is relevant, up-to-date, and meets brand and commercial standards.
4. Set up and manage pricing strategies, promotions, and stock allocation to maximize sales and consumer experience.
5. Support digital marketing strategies by implementing on-site marketing tools, including personalized banners, promotions, recommendation widgets, web push notifications, and in-app actions.
6. Enhance search functionalities and SEO optimizations to drive organic traffic and improve user experience.

Required Qualification and Experience:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in web and mobile app product management, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
2. Strong understanding of the food and beverage industry, including market trends, consumer behavior, and regulatory requirements.
3. Hands-on experience in digital merchandising, e-commerce, and SEO optimization.
