Job Description

The ideal candidate is responsible for driving online website experience by managing site merchandising, content, catalog data, and cross-functional initiatives. This role blends creative presentation with data-driven decision-making to enhance discoverability, conversion, and overall customer experience on Tommy.com in GCC.

Key Responsibilities

Site Merchandising

  1. Plan and launch promotional campaigns, product placement, and banners in collaboration with marketing, content, and creative teams in-line with the global marketing calendar.
  2. Configure internal site tools (filters, search, banners) to boost conversion and highlight key assortments.
  3. Monitor KPIs—conversion, sell-through, on-site traffic—to adjust site logic and merchandising priorities.

Cataloging

  1. Oversee PIM system and product catalog: ensure accurate SKUs, descriptions, imagery, attributes, pricing, sizes, and color variants.
  2. Work closely with Content, Site Merchandising, Buying, Planning, IT, and Traffic teams to align merchandising execution.
  3. Perform day‑to‑day QA checks—site content, links, asset quality—and manage fixes with IT/dev teams.

Qualification and Skills

  1. Experience: 3–5 years in ecommerce merchandising, buying, or catalog management (preferably in fashion and mono-brand platforms).
  2. Analytical Skills: Strong Excel and analytics fluency, data-driven with attention to detail.
  3. Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills, able to coordinate with global, cross-functional teams.
  4. Adaptability: Agile in fast-paced environments, proactive, and solution-oriented.
  5. Education: Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  6. Additional Qualifications: Prior experience handling e-commerce marketplace seller accounts.
