Job summary

Jing Hau is seeking a Tutor in Abu-Dhabi, UAE to provide one-on-one tutoring for students of various ages. The role involves developing effective learning plans aligned with each student's needs and goals.

The successful candidate will deliver tailored lesson plans, monitor progress, and adjust teaching approaches to support student success. We welcome immigrant applicants and offer a competitive monthly salary of 1,200 AED.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field (preferred)
• Previous tutoring/teaching experience is not required but preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work with children of all ages and backgrounds

Responsibilities

• Assist students in developing and improving their understanding of academic subject matter
• Create lesson plans tailored to each student’s individual needs and abilities
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies when necessary
• Encourage students to develop critical thinking skills and become independent learners
• Provide constructive feedback to parents on student progress
• Utilize appropriate teaching materials such as textbooks, worksheets, online resources, etc.
• Maintain records of student progress and attendance
