Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in education or related field or equivalent experience.
Experience tutoring or teaching in classroom setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop individual learning plans for each student based on their needs, abilities, interests and academic goals.
Provide one-on-one instruction in specific subjects as needed.
Monitor student progress continually and provide feedback to students, parents and other stakeholders as appropriate.
Create individualized assessments to evaluate student understanding of concepts.
Work with fellow teachers to ensure consistency in instructional techniques across subjects.
