Job summary

emagine is seeking an IFS Finance Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of IFS financial solutions on-site in the UAE, ensuring alignment with business requirements and finance processes.

You will configure IFS modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Reporting), run workshops, and assist with COA design, data migration, testing, and user training, while ensuring audit compliance and smooth go-lives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IFS Finance Consultant or IFS Functional Consultant specializing in finance.
• Hands-on experience with IFS Applications or IFS Cloud Finance.
• Strong functional knowledge of General Ledger and Accounts Payable.
• Expertise in financial configuration, chart of accounts, and reporting processes.
• Experience with data migration, reconciliation, and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional solutions within IFS Finance.
• Configure and implement IFS financial modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and financial closing processes.
• Conduct workshops with finance teams to document processes for efficiency.
• Assist with chart of accounts design, financial structures, and accounting configurations.
