Job summary

LanceSoft Middle East is seeking an Oracle Financial Consultant for a 6-month contract in Dubai, UAE. The role requires extensive Oracle E-Business Suite Finance module experience (GL, AP, AR, FA, CE) and strong VAT/e-Invoicing knowledge, including UAE regulations.

Immediate joining and a high level of expertise are essential for success. You will collaborate with Finance, IT, and business users, manage SIT/UAT, and deliver functional specifications, process documentation, and post-go-live

Qualifications

Minimum 12 years of experience in managing IT services for Finance support functions and related technologies.
Hands-on functional expertise in Oracle General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CE), and Tax.
Knowledge of Purchasing/Procurement and Order Management, where applicable.
Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes, VAT/tax configuration, tax calculations, and tax accounting.
Experience with e-Invoicing implementation and integration between Oracle ERP and e-Invoicing platforms.
Understanding of UAE VAT, local e-Invoicing requirements, and applicable government and regulatory compliance.
Experience with integration mechanisms such as APIs, XML, JSON, middleware, or other integration technologies.
Ability to analyze business requirements, configure Oracle ERP modules, improve business processes, and prepare functional specifications and process documentation.
Experience managing SIT, UAT, regression testing, production deployment, post-go-live support, and user training.
