Job summary

AECOM is seeking a site inspector to support construction quality assurance and supervision in our Dubai project. You will read contract documents, monitor contractor compliance through observations, measurements, and testing, and maintain meticulous records of manpower and equipment on site.

You will report on material deliveries, implement site instructions, and ensure adherence to quality controls and health and safety requirements under the direction of the Resident Engineer.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA/QC on construction sites.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents and drawings.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand contract documents, drawings, specs, and HSE measures.
• Ensure contractor compliance with contract standards through observation and testing.
• Maintain records of contractor manpower, equipment, and activities.
• Supervise site inspections as directed by Resident Engineer/Assistant RE.
• Document personnel, equipment, activities, and methods used on site.
• Report on material deliveries and implement site instructions.
