Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in LAN/WAN/Network Security Products.
• Experience with SD-WAN solutions and Fortinet product families.
• Experience in routing and WAN environments (BGP, OSPF).
• Experience maintaining or designing MPLS networks.
• Experience in implementing cybersecurity in OT environments.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Proven independent and collaborative work ethos.
• Positive customer service attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers during project phases.
• Develop and maintain technical project documentation.
• Provision and customize Fortinet configurations.
• Test Fortinet solutions and verify system behavior.
• Participate in interoperability testing.
• Recommend and implement best practices.
• Resolve technical issues promptly.
• Deliver knowledge transfer to client staff.
