Job summary

VerityX Talent is seeking a hands-on OT Cybersecurity Engineer for day-to-day maintenance and technical support in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on DCS/SCADA, HMI, engineering workstations, and OT infrastructure to ensure secure, available systems on site.

The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of practical experience in industrial automation or OT cybersecurity, with hands-on exposure to PLCs, SCADA, and network security. A 100% site-based position in Abu Dhabi is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a technical discipline is preferred.
• Strong hands-on OT security experience in industrial environments.
• Familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST OT security practices is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day OT cybersecurity maintenance and technical support for industrial control environments.
• Support and maintain DCS, SCADA, HMI, engineering workstations, servers and OT infrastructure.
• Perform system hardening, secure configuration and security baseline maintenance.
