Job summary

The role requires reading electrical, mechanical and architectural drawings, coordinating with engineering, production, site and project teams, and ensuring safety and schedule adherence. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical or MEP Engineering and at least 3 years'

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of MEP or site engineering experience.
• Good knowledge of MEP systems and site installation practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate MEP works at project sites.
• Review MEP drawings and ensure work follows approved plans.
• Coordinate MEP requirements with structural, civil, and project teams.
• Visit project sites regularly and monitor MEP progress.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Check materials and installations meet project specifications.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, snagging and final handover.
• Maintain site reports and update Project Manager on progress and issues.
• Ensure MEP work is completed safely and within the project schedule.
• Follow company safety procedures and UAE standards.
• Support the engineering team with on-project technical assistance.
