Uniestate Properties LLC is seeking a Facility Engineer in Ras Al Khaimah to ensure efficient operation, maintenance, and reliability of facilities, systems, and equipment. You will coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain excellence across projects.

The role requires overseeing safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement while liaising with internal departments and external entities to deliver iconic UAE projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Facility Management or related restoration works.
• Strong knowledge of facilities engineering and renovation practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; knowledge of regulatory documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans with objectives, timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate resources across departments while keeping within budget and schedule.
• Maintain maintenance records and review quotations for services.
• Generate progress reports and performance metrics for milestones.
• Ensure safety equipment availability and staff training.
• Supervise maintenance staff, contractors and vendors.
