Job summary

FOURSQUARE FACILITY MANAGEMENT LLC in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an Electrician for a full-time, on-site role to install, maintain and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential properties.

You will perform inspections, diagnose faults, carry out preventive maintenance on wiring, panels and lighting, and coordinate with facility management to minimize downtime while adhering to safety standards and UAE regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electricity principles and practical electrical work.
• Experience in maintenance & repair of building electrical systems including preventive maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, diagnose faults and troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance on wiring, panels and lighting.
• Respond to service requests and document work performed; coordinate with facility management.
