GMG is seeking an HR Business Partner Specialist to provide HR support and advisory services to its Corporate division in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on employee relations, HR operations, talent development and the effective implementation of people-related policies and programs.

You will work closely with corporate leaders to address HR requirements, manage the employee lifecycle, ensure UAE labor-law compliance, and support performance management and organizational change

Formación

• 3–5 years of HR experience.
• Experience in HR business partnering.
• Knowledge of UAE labor regulations.
