Job summary

KEO International Consultants in Abu Dhabi seeks a Resident Engineer / Construction Supervision Specialist (Waste Management Infrastructure) to lead on-site supervision of landfill and waste infrastructure projects. The role covers daily construction activities, coordination with contractors and client, and adherence to design, environmental and QA/QC standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in waste infrastructure facility construction supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree or similar in Civil, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction supervision and manage the on-site consultant supervision team.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, environmental regulations, local codes and FIDIC contract conditions.
• Prepare detailed progress reports and coordinate between client, contractor and design team.
• Review submittals including shop drawings, QA/QC submissions and variation requests.
• Witness commissioning activities and maintain daily records of works.
