What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. Generate Leads: Target and engage prospects that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  2. Reach Out: Use LinkedIn, cold calls, and personalized emails to start conversations.
  3. Close Deals: Set up virtual meetings, present solutions, and seal the deal.
  4. Client Handoff: Once a deal is closed, you’ll hand over the client to TechBiz Global for next steps.
  5. Report: Keep the Sales Team Lead in the loop on progress and outcomes.

How It Works:

  3. Sales Experience: Ideally, you’ve worked in sales before—if you have experience in recruitment, even better!
  4. Language Skills: C1-level English is a must. Bonus points for speaking other languages.
  5. Self-Starter: You’re driven, energetic, and have a passion for sales.
