Job description
Overview

On-Camera Community Host – Talk, Engage & Support People Live (Full-Time)

We’re a fast-growing mobile app studio connecting France and the U.S. After the success of our previous apps — @finchcare (US), @mytrackai, and @picaloai (France) — we’re launching our fourth project: Glyco AI, a live streaming platform designed to support people living with diabetes. Our mission: To help people with diabetes feel less alone, better manage their daily lives, and find comfort and motivation within a warm, supportive community.

The Role

We’re looking for a friendly, confident, and camera-comfortable personality to become one of the faces of Glyco AI. As a Full-Time On-Camera Community Host, you’ll be live on our app throughout your workday — welcoming members, chatting with them, and creating meaningful interactions. This is not a traditional customer support role. You’ll be the heart of the live experience, someone who makes users smile, feel connected, and want to come back every day.

What You’ll Do
  • Host Live Sessions Continuously: Stay live during your shift, greet members as they join, and guide the conversation naturally.
  • Create Positive Interactions: Ask fun, simple questions, start discussions, launch small challenges (like “share your daily goal”), or invite members to talk about their wins.
  • Support Members Emotionally: Offer kindness and empathy — this is a community of people seeking encouragement, not medical advice.
  • Use AI Tools to Answer Questions: You’ll have access to clear documentation and AI support (like ChatGPT) to answer questions easily — no need to be a medical expert.
  • Be a Positive Presence: Keep the atmosphere friendly, inclusive, and engaging, especially since most members are aged 50+.
Who You Are
  • Fluent in English (C1+ minimum): Our users are based in the United States, so strong spoken English is essential.
  • Comfortable on Camera (1+ year experience): You’ve done live streaming, UGC, hosting, or spokesperson work. You’re confident, expressive, and natural on screen.
  • Empathetic & Friendly: You genuinely care about others and can make people feel comfortable in conversation.
  • Community-Oriented: You enjoy creating group dynamics, encouraging people to interact, and building relationships.
  • Adaptable & Creative: You can keep conversations interesting and respond spontaneously to different situations.
  • Comfortable with Mature Audiences: Many of our members are over 50, so warmth and patience are key.
Why Join Glyco AI
  • Be one of the faces of a growing wellness community.
  • Work remotely and connect with people worldwide.
  • Join an ambitious international startup at the intersection of AI, wellness, and live streaming.
