A leading retail group in the GCC is looking for an OMS Technical Project Manager / Snr Business Analyst to lead the transformation of their Order Management System. This role requires a strong background in OMS replacements and Salesforce, with a focus on stakeholder management and communication. Ideal candidates will have experience in premium brands and must be English-speaking with the ability to work in Dubai.

The role will be central to replacing an OMS system which has already begun. This role itself will sit between Brand, Technical & Core Product Teams therefore clear communication & stakeholder management would be key.

Requirements

· Proven experience with OMS replacements

· Experince within Salesforce would be critical for this role.

· Online & offline experience is critical in this role

· Ability to sit within teams & require gather is critical.

· Preparing journeys, analysing, UAT testing & stakeholder management experience must be exceptional.

· Dubai based

· Experience working within a premium brand would be highly beneficial for those who understand the sales cycles of premium brands.

· English speaking is a must.
