General Motors is seeking an Omni Channel Direct Communications Intern in Dubai to support CRM activities. The role involves collaborating on marketing initiatives, enhancing customer engagement strategies, and requiring a passion for automotive branding. Ideal candidates are pursuing degrees in Marketing or related fields, possess strong communication skills, and have a creative mindset.
This role is categorized as hybrid. The successful candidate is expected to report to the office at minimum three times per week or as dictated by the business, and work remotely two times per week.
The Omni Channel Direct Communications Intern will support the execution of CRM activities, focusing on implementing strategies and initiatives including lead management platform management and marketing communications to enhance vehicle purchase rates. This internship offers exposure to various marketing and communications functions within the automotive sector, including the formulation of communications via direct 1:1 channels such as WhatsApp, push notifications, email, and SMS, as well as enhancing personalized shopping experiences in-showroom.
Knowledge and Experience:
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
