Job description

This role is categorized as hybrid. The successful candidate is expected to report to the office at minimum three times per week or as dictated by the business, and work remotely two times per week.

The Role

The Omni Channel Direct Communications Intern will support the execution of CRM activities, focusing on implementing strategies and initiatives including lead management platform management and marketing communications to enhance vehicle purchase rates. This internship offers exposure to various marketing and communications functions within the automotive sector, including the formulation of communications via direct 1:1 channels such as WhatsApp, push notifications, email, and SMS, as well as enhancing personalized shopping experiences in-showroom.

What You'll Do
  1. Assist in crafting and executing CRM communication strategies to improve customer conversion, retention, and loyalty, emphasizing hyper-personalization.
  2. Support campaign brainstorming and development to ensure brand and messaging consistency, maximizing impact and minimizing customer exit.
  3. Monitor and optimize CRM lead management platforms to enhance dealer sales user interfaces.
  4. Coordinate with CRM agencies to ensure timely campaign delivery with minimal defects.
  5. Implement A/B testing and multivariate testing frameworks to improve CRM engagement and conversion rates.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing initiatives.
  7. Contribute to content creation and storytelling to boost brand engagement.
  8. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of omnichannel marketing efforts, suggesting optimizations.
Your Skills & Abilities

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Passionate about automotive, branding, and customer engagement.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, CRM, or customer journey mapping.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools, marketing automation platforms, and content management systems.
