Role Purpose:

The Omni Stylist is responsible for styling and coordinating all collections and products represented on the website, app, and social platforms, ensuring the finished images are on-brand, aspirational, show fashion authority, and align with THAT aesthetic to help drive and maximize sales. The role also involves styling mannequins in-store and training the sales team on styling techniques.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Operational Excellence & Standards: Work closely with Visual and Creative Directors, buying team, VM team, online trade team to ensure all products are styled and merchandised to best reflect the brand buy and fashion authority.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with the buying team for information on new and exclusive brands, seasonal collections, and trends.
  • Visual Merchandising: Style in-store mannequins regularly and work with the Photo Studio Stylist and Operations Executive on styling guidelines each season.
  • Training & Analysis: Conduct regular trend and styling training for store VM, sales team, online team, and studio team. Analyze weekly sell-through reports to ensure appropriate products are featured.
  • Trend & Product Highlighting: Identify key products based on trends, exclusivity, and sales performance.
  • Campaign Styling: Style for editorial and marketing campaigns as required.
  • Knowledge & Sustainability: Maintain broad knowledge of designers, brands, emerging trends, and support sustainability initiatives aligned with Dare Today, Change Tomorrow.
  • Partnerships & Community: Build strong cross-functional partnerships and promote sustainability, health, and wellness initiatives.
