Job summary

EY-Parthenon in Abu Dhabi seeks seasoned strategy professionals at Senior Manager level to join our growing MENA team. You will lead high-impact engagements, support regional clients, and develop your career through diverse projects and formal learning.

As a Manager/Senior Manager, you will lead the delivery of strategic engagements in Oil & Gas, define objectives with senior leadership, and mentor junior team members while maintaining client relationships and delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a top-ranking institution; MBA or Master's is a plus.
• 6–8 years of experience in strategy consulting or related fields in energy-transition programs, strategy roadmaps, industrial competitiveness and growth strategy.
• Experience on 'big picture' strategy projects with strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Ability to assess industries, products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the MENA region, 25–70% of time.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of strategic consulting engagements in Oil & Gas within the MENA region.
• Define project objectives with senior leadership and ensure execution aligns with EY-Parthenon's standards.
• Manage project teams, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to their development.
