Oil&Gas Recruiter Junior

ISS International SpA Abu Dhabi Branch is looking for an Oil&Gas Recruiter Junior to be based at our offices in Abu Dhabi.

Job Description

• Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media
• Participate in candidate sourcing efforts
• Assist teams in screening resumes
• Schedule calls and interviews
• Manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates
• Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interviews
• Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles

Requirements

• Experience in Recruitment tools such as Linkedin, ATS, MS Word, MS Excel and English fluent.
• Maximum 2-year experience in Recruitment area.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced working environment

Job Details

• Job Location: ABU DHABI
• Duration: 12 months, liable to extension on permanent basis
• Working Schedule: 48 hours/week from Monday to Saturday
