Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY is seeking a quality inspector to execute rigorous mechanical inspections and ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications in our UAE operations.

The role requires performing NDT (radiography, ultrasonic, magnetic particle) to identify defects, conducting dimensional checks with calipers, micrometers, and CMMs, and reviewing welding procedures and weld quality. You will document findings and work with production to implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore.

Responsibilities

• Execute rigorous mechanical inspections on incoming materials and finished products to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications. Conduct non‑destructive testing (NDT) such as radiography, ultrasonic, and magnetic particle testing to identify subsurface defects. Perform dimensional checks using precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and CMMs to verify tolerances. Review and verify welding procedures, welder qualifications, and weld quality through visual and non‑destructive examination.
