Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY in Abu Dhabi is seeking a qualified pipeline QA inspector to ensure quality control of pipeline materials, welding and testing in line with project specifications. You will meticulously document findings and collaborate with project teams to implement corrective actions promptly.

The role requires Gulf experience, ADNOC exposure preferred, and immediate availability. Strict adherence to safety and dress policies is expected for this on-site position.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pipeline/Oil & Gas/EPC/Flowline/Wellhead/Brownfield/Upstream/Onshore.
• Gulf/ADNOC experience preferred.
• Clean‑shaven policy applicable.
• Immediate joiners required.
• Candidates with Metro/Building/Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Execute rigorous quality control inspections on pipeline materials and welding processes ensuring adherence to stringent industry standards and project specifications.
• Document and meticulously report all inspection findings, identifying deviations and collaborating with project teams to implement corrective actions promptly.
• Conduct non‑destructive testing (NDT) such as radiography, ultrasonic testing, and magnetic particle testing to verify weld integrity and material soundness.
• Review and approve material traceability records ensuring compliance with procurement and project requirements throughout the pipeline construction lifecycle.
• Perform visual inspections of pipeline components, including pipe ends, coatings, and supports, to detect any defects or non‑conformities.
• Oversee hydrostatic testing and leak detection procedures for completed pipeline segments, validating system integrity before commissioning.
