Description

Apt Resources is currently seeking a detailoriented and experienced Payroll and Human Resources Officer to manage comprehensive HR and payroll functions particularly for a large number of expatriate employees in the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling payroll visa processes and employee documentation across the MENA region Europe and other international locations as required.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Process and manage payroll for a high volume of expatriate employees ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws.
    • Administer endtoend visa processing residency permits and work authorizations across multiple jurisdictions (MENA Europe and others depending on the clients requirements).
    • Maintain and update employee records contracts and HR databases.
    • Ensure compliance with international labor laws and regulations.
    • Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies regarding employee onboarding benefits and mobility.
    • Support audits internal reviews and HR reporting.
    • Manage employee queries related to payroll benefits and HR policies.
    • Contribute to policydevelopment and implementation for global HR practices.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR and payroll experience preferably in the oil and gas sector.
  • Proven experience handling payroll for 100 expatriate staff across different countries.
  • Strong knowledge of visa regulations and labor laws in the MENA region and Europe.
  • Proficient in payroll systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in international HR compliance and mobility
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Portuguese Arabic French etc.) are a plus

Benefits

Salary is AED 9000 to 11000per month depending on experience and qualifications.
