ENOC LUBRICANTS AND GREASE MANUFACTURING PLANT LLC

Job Purpose
To provide clinical nursing services as part of ongoing health evaluation and health education programs.

Principal Accountabilities

1. Receives and responds to requests for all types of health evaluations from ENOC HRD and affiliates to ensure requests are processed and clients are informed of the outcomes.
2. Prepares and completes relevant sections of health evaluation documentation under the supervision of the Senior Occupational Health Nurse to ensure accurate health data recording.
3. Maintains the filing system for medical records to ensure records are up-to-date, identifiable, and easily locatable.
4. Backs up the database daily to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
5. Ensures adequate stock of medical consumables and clinic supplies, with in-date items available when required.
6. Collects, dispatches, and follows up on biological samples to and from the laboratory to ensure proper sampling and data availability for clinical evaluations.
7. Prepares monthly invoices for submission to the Finance Department as part of financial management.
8. Participates in internal audits and ISO Management System processes.
9. Performs clinical routine procedures at the clinic and on-site as part of the health evaluation system.
10. Provides health education presentations to clients to enhance their awareness and knowledge of health issues.

Additional Principal Accountabilities

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Certified Nurse qualification from a recognized training establishment
• Licensed to practice in Dubai
• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience, preferably in Occupational Health
• Basic computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office applications)
• Good communication skills
