Job summary

Oceaneering International in Dubai is seeking personnel to support offshore operations, assist new and fellow employees, and coordinate with clients, crew, and project managers to ensure safe and timely project execution.

The role requires conducting daily Job Safety Analysis, maintaining equipment care, and training staff to meet OII, DOTD, or client-specific requirements. You will oversee tasks, uphold safety rules, and report unsafe conditions promptly.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety procedures and risk assessment.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, crew and project managers.
• Willingness to train and adhere to site safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist new and fellow employees in performing their work in accordance with safe work procedures.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, crew members and project managers.
• Conduct and document daily Job Safety Analysis (JSA) / Safety pre-tower meetings.
• Responsible for offshore operations including personnel, daily progress and asset utilization.
• Train and adhere to OII, DOTD or client company’s specific requirements.
• Manage and carry out specific job tasks as requested by client or project manager.
• Comply with company safety rules and training, report any unsafe condition or practices immediately to supervisor.
• Responsible for the care and safety of company equipment.
• Training of fellow field personnel.
