Job summary

TechnipFMC plc in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced professional to implement policies, coordinate readiness, and provide technical support for offshore and onshore operations. You will manage tool readiness, liaise with customers, and supervise post-job activities while ensuring safety and compliance across projects.

The role requires strong English communication, leadership, and practical oilfield experience, with preference for UAE familiarity and TechnipFMC systems knowledge.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or technical subject preferred; field experience can compensate.
• Extensive knowledge of oilfield operations, wellhead equipment, and project management.
• Experience with TechnipFMC systems and UAE onshore/offshore operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Readiness & Planning: ensure quotes, spares, tools in ServiceMax; coordinate with assets and customer RFIs.
• Pre-Mobilization: complete Duty of Care steps; create CWO in Smax; assign technicians; confirm rig board dates.
• Operations & Technical Support: assist with VISIO drawings, DBIs; coordinate with FSTs; manage service tools.
• During Job: daily check-ins with FST; support duties and aim to reduce downtime with checklists.
• Post Job: export CWO package; post-job briefs; update repair status and invoicing.
• Quality & Customer Engagement: lead EFNCR closeouts; support sales/BD and contract discussions.
• MMR/Aftermarket/Others: track timelines; liaise with MMR for repairs and local manufacturing; provide feedback.
• Asset Management: ensure asset readiness and forecast demand for supported clients.
