Job summary

Noble Corporation seeks a 3C Coach to serve as an advisor, instructor, and coach to rig crews and onboard management, supporting Noble's safe system of work and the 3C Program. The role drives learning culture, psychological safety, and continuous improvement on every rig through Noble PEAK principles and Safety II thinking.

The 3C Coach facilitates key forums, enables crew-driven improvements, and shares best practices locally and globally, influencing outcomes through data-informed insights

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of offshore operations experience.
• Strong coaching, facilitation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Ability to work offshore on a rotational schedule and PPE compliance.
• Understanding of risk assessment and barrier management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Transition to Work, Pre-Tour and Weekly Safety meetings; promote psychological safety.
• Capture learnings and support crew-proposed improvements.
• Use the 3C Observation Tool to document observations and report progress.
• Coach crews and third-party personnel in Noble’s Management System.
• Assist OIM and HSE with incident response and emergency support as required.
• Build relationships with OIM and onboard leaders; share lessons regionally and with clients.
• Communicate good safety practice in offshore meetings and client calls.
