Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in offshore drilling operations or as a driller/assistant driller.
• Strong knowledge of drilling processes and operational improvement strategies.
• Proficiency in LEAN methodology, including the PDSA cycle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement.
• Proven leadership and team-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement operational improvements to enhance rig site performance.
• Record and monitor hours, NPT, and ILT in relevant trackers.
• Lead LEAN initiatives and facilitate after-action reviews and lessons learned sessions.
• Engage with customers to align project deliverables and expectations.
• Coordinate with service providers and support phase preparations.
• Ensure safety and risk assessments align with contractor safety systems.
