• Operates the forklift if certified.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Performs rigging works in accordance with safety and quality requirements.
2. If certified, constructs scaffolding structures as instructed by the supervisor.
3. If certified, operates the forklift.
4. Follows daily instructions from the Deck Foreman or Rigging Foreman.
5. Ensures rigging activities adhere to rigging standards and best practices.
6. Verifies that equipment and materials are in safe condition and reports anomalies.
7. Coordinates with adjacent works to minimize coactivity and ensure safety.
8. Follows the Permit-to-Work procedure.
9. Maintains cleanliness and order at the work site.
10. Assists marine department during mooring operations as needed during offshore activities.
11. Reports to the Rigging Foreman or Deck Foreman.
