Job summary

Black & Grey HR is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our client's Project Controls team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on monitoring project costs, preparing cost reports, forecasts, and client invoices while supporting the commercial performance of offshore projects.

You will work with Project Controls, Commercial, Finance, Procurement, and Project Management to prepare cost reports, identify variances, and maintain cost records throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• RICS certification is an added advantage.
• 4–5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor supporting Offshore or Oil & Gas projects.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control project costs to ensure expenditure remains within approved budgets.
• Develop, maintain, and update project budgets, cost plans, and cost forecasts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track commitments, expenditures, and cost performance, identifying variances and corrective actions.
