Job summary

Target Engineering Construction Co LLC seeks a Project Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain, marine transport, and field logistics for ADNOC Offshore projects. You will ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective movement of project cargo, heavy lifts, and personnel between bases, ports, vessels, and offshore sites.

You will develop logistics plans, secure clearances, manage imports/exports, and drive KPI reporting while coordinating with ADNOC Offshore, PMC, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Must have 15+ years in logistics and supply chain within major Oil & Gas, Offshore EPC, Marine Construction.
• Minimum 8 years in a managerial role with large project exposure.
• Prior ADNOC Offshore project experience and clearance systems is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee offshore/marine transport logistics, vessel dispatch, scheduling, and chartering operations.
• Coordinate quay/jetty operations at Abu Dhabi ports and manage heavy lifts and offshore offloading.
• Develop and execute project logistics plans, import/export docs, and customs clearance with UAE authorities.
• Lead stakeholder and contractor management with ADNOC Offshore, PMC, and vendors.
• Ensure HSE compliance, risk assessments, lifting plans, and adherence to MARPOL/SOLAS rules.
• Track budgets, vessel rates, fuel, and KPI reporting; review invoices and changes.
