Job summary

Emirates Electrical & Instrumentation Company LLC, part of the Juman Energy Group, seeks a Lead Construction Engineer (Offshore Platform) to drive full-cycle offshore construction across Mechanical, Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation disciplines on ADNOC projects in Abu Dhabi. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with ADNOC specs and project KPIs for safe, on-time delivery.

Exposure to offshore platforms and lifting plans is preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Experience with offshore platform construction and brownfield modifications.
• Familiarity with ADNOC standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead offshore construction for mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation across platforms.
• Coordinate engineers, supervisors, riggers, fitters, welders and electricians offshore.
• Plan and execute heavy lifting operations and crane plans for offshore modules.
• Review lifting studies and rigging plans to ensure ADNOC guideline compliance.
• Ensure completion of mechanical, piping, electrical handover and commissioning readiness.
