Job summary

Loba Group seeks a Construction Manager with a strong Mechanical background to lead offshore construction on the Das Island project. You will oversee mechanical installation, testing, and commissioning, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence in a demanding offshore environment.

The role requires 10–15+ years in construction management, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity, and extensive experience in offshore oil & gas or petrochemical projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10–15+ years in construction management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven offshore oil & gas, petrochemical or heavy industrial project experience.
• Familiarity with ADNOC projects or Das Island preferred.
• Hands-on execution of mechanical installation, testing and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct all mechanical construction activities on Das Island.
• Manage site operations, resources, and execution plans against schedules.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC and HSE teams.
• Review subcontractor plans, schedules and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with ASME, API, ASTM and client requirements.
• Lead field supervision, client liaison, and progress reporting.
