TLH Recruitment supports a leading energy contractor in recruiting a Construction Manager with a strong mechanical background to oversee mechanical construction on the Das Island Project. The role requires offshore oil & gas experience and will involve remote site management with a 3-month rotation.

Applicants must have 10–15 years in construction management, 5 years in a managerial role, and offshore survival (HUET) certification.

Formación

• Experience on oil & gas, offshore, or petrochemical projects — Das Island or ADNOC projects experience is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience in mechanical construction, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Offshore survival / HUET certification is mandatory for island deployment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee all mechanical construction activities for the Das Island Project to meet safety, quality, and schedule targets.
• Manage construction teams, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Control costs, monitor progress, and report on project performance to stakeholders.

Job Overview

• Rotation: 3-month scheduled rotation


• Leave: 3 weeks' leave + 2 weeks' offshore rotation leave

We are working with a leading energy contractor to find an experienced Construction Manager with a strong Mechanical background to lead and oversee construction activities for the Das Island Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all mechanical construction works, ensuring project delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This is an offshore role requiring prior experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or similar industrial construction environments.

Requirements

• Minimum 10–15 years of construction management experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.


• Proven experience on oil & gas, offshore, or petrochemical projects — Das Island or ADNOC projects experience is a strong advantage.


• Hands-on experience in mechanical construction, installation, testing, and commissioning.


• PMP or equivalent project management certification.


• NEBOSH / IOSH or similar HSE certification.


• Offshore survival / HUET certification (mandatory for island deployment).


• Valid UAE driving licens
