Job summary

Penspen Ltd is seeking a Construction Superintendent (Mechanical) in the UAE to oversee all mechanical construction activities for offshore oil and gas projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and manage multiple contractors effectively.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and have significant experience in major oil and gas projects, with at least 8 years of experience specifically in offshore environments. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and excellent leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in oil & gas major projects.
• At least 8 years of offshore experience in oil & gas.
• GCC experience, preferably within ADNOC Group.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all mechanical construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC Offshore HSE policies.
• Monitor contractor performance and project schedule.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
• Coordinate with disciplines to resolve construction issues.
