Job summary

Avsar Global seeks an experienced Instrumentation Engineer for Abu Dhabi offshore projects in the oil and gas sector. You will design, install, test, and commission instrumentation, PLC, HMI, SCADA, and BMS systems on offshore facilities.

The candidate must have at least 5 years in instrumentation and control engineering, ADNOC project experience, and UAE/GCC work experience. Offshore duty rotation is 5 months on, 1 month paid leave, with offshore food, accommodation, and transport provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in instrumentation/electrical/electronic/mechatronics or related engineering.
Minimum 5 years in instrumentation and control engineering.
Proven ADNOC project experience is mandatory.
Relevant UAE/GCC work experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Design, review, install, and implement instrumentation and control systems including sensors and actuators.
Configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC, HMI, SCADA, and BMS systems.
Coordinate system integration with HVAC/BMS, pumps, generators, and other equipment.
Perform calibration, loop checks, FAT/SAT, fault diagnosis and commissioning.
Review P&IDs, I/O lists, wiring diagrams, and commissioning reports.
Collaborate with engineering teams, contractors, and vendors for project execution and compliance.
