Job summary

Wood is recruiting for a Lead Instrumentation and Control Engineer for the ADNOC Offshore US LTDP project in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role focuses on providing technical expertise in instrument design, ensuring compliance with codes and ADNOC standards, and coordinating with EPC contractors to deliver within schedule.

The candidate should have 15+ years of relevant offshore experience, PMC exposure, and strong communication and leadership skills to drive multidisciplinary engineering activities and

Qualifications

• 15+ years of oil & gas offshore experience.
• PMC experience is highly preferable.
• Experience on large Middle East / GCC projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of relevant international codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for instrumentation engineering design.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate with EPC Contractor and IPMT teams to resolve technical issues.
• Review engineering deliverables for quality and correctness.
• Participate in design option analyses and bid reviews.
• Interface with engineering and project management teams as required.
