Job summary

Star Services LLC in the United Arab Emirates seeks a senior HSE professional with 10+ years of offshore vessel, platform or barge experience to lead safety programs and drive risk management.

You will develop and implement HSE plans, lead audits and investigations, ensure compliance with offshore regulations and client requirements, and provide expert guidance to project teams on safety matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• NEBOSH IGC Level 3 certification (Mandatory).
• TBOSIET certification completed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE plans, procedures, and risk management strategies.
• Lead safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Ensure compliance with offshore HSE regulations and client requirements.
• Provide technical HSE guidance and support to project teams.
