Job summary

KBR - Inhouse Engineering in Abu Dhabi seeks an Electrical Engineer (Offshore) to design, review and execute electrical engineering tasks for ADNOC offshore facilities across Concept, FEED, Detailed Engineering, and EPC phases. You will develop electrical deliverables, ensure compliance with standards, and guide junior engineers.

The role requires offshore site surveys, brownfield support, and adherence to HSE requirements while coordinating with multiple disciplines to deliver robust solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Oil & Gas / industrial projects.
• Minimum 3 years in offshore oil and gas projects.
• OPITO Approved BOSIET/T-BOSIET Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand and implement client specifications and standards.
• Prepare electrical load lists, SLDs, and wiring diagrams.
• Prepare, review and issue equipment specifications, datasheets and sizing calculations.
• Coordinate with multi-discipline teams to ensure design integrity and interfaces.
• Support brownfield modifications, offshore surveys, and commissioning activities.
