Job summary

KBR seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer (Offshore) to design, review, and execute electrical engineering activities for ADNOC offshore facilities. You will develop electrical deliverables, ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and international codes, and guide junior engineers and designers.

Travel to offshore sites for surveys, brownfield assessments, and data gathering will be required. Strong knowledge of ETAP/SKM, offshore construction, and HSE practices is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Oil & Gas / industrial projects.
• Minimum 3 years offshore experience on offshore oil and gas projects.
• OPITO Approved BOSIET/T-BOSIET Certification.
• Experience in Concept, FEED, Detailed Engineering and EPC phases.
• Brownfield modifications and offshore facilities upgrades.
• Ability to read and interpret overall power distribution schemes and SLDs.
• Strong MS Office proficiency; documentation and reporting.
• Offshore site survey and brownfield assessment experience.
• Knowledge of ADNOC standards and international codes.

Responsibilities

• Design, review, coordinate and execute electrical engineering activities for ADNOC offshore facilities during all project phases.
• Prepare electrical specifications, datasheets, load lists and calculations.
• Provide inputs to designers for electrical layouts and check their output.
• Coordinate with multiple disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Perform power system studies (loads, short-circuit, motor starting) and ensure safe operation of electrical networks.
• Support procurement, construction, commissioning and handover activities.
• Liaise with vendors and third parties to ensure technical compliance.
