Function description

At iPS Powerful People, we are proactively building a pool of offshore professionals with valid US visas for various upcoming projects. This campaign is not tied to a single vacancy, but instead aims to connect with qualified and mobilization-ready crew who are authorized to work offshore in US waters.

We are looking for crew members across different ranks and specialties, such as:

• Deck Officers (CO, 2nd, 3rd Officers)
• Engineers (Chief, 2nd, 3rd)
• ABs, Motormen, Fitters, Welders
• Crane Operators
• Electricians / ETOs
• Riggers
• Cooks, Stewards, and more

• Carrying out daily operations onboard in compliance with company procedures and safety standards
• Operating and maintaining deck, engine, or catering equipment and systems
• Assisting with mobilization, demobilization, and shift handovers
• Participating in safety drills and toolbox talks
• Working in cooperation with a multi-disciplinary crew under offshore conditions

• Previous offshore experience in your rank or discipline
• Valid STCW certification relevant to your position
• Valid offshore medical certificate
• Valid US visa (e.g., B1 OCS, C1/D)
• High level of adaptability and safety awareness
• Strong communication and team-working skills
