Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all offshore marine and subsea construction activities

• Manage end-to-end execution of:

  • Jacket installation

  • Topside installation

  • Subsea structures

  • Cable laying and pipeline installation

• Coordinate with marine vessels, subsea teams, and project stakeholders

• Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards and offshore regulations

• Review and approve construction plans, procedures, and risk assessments

• Monitor project progress, resolve technical challenges, and ensure timely delivery

• Report status updates and KPIs to project management

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Marine, Mechanical, Civil, or related field)

• Minimum 15 years of offshore construction experience, with a strong focus on marine & subsea works

• Proven track record in handling:

  • Subsea installations

  • Jackets & topsides

  • Cable and pipeline operations

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Strong knowledge of marine logistics, subsea engineering, and offshore HSE protocols
