Job summary

KBR, Inc. in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Construction/Installation Engineer for Structures (Topsides & Bridges) to plan, coordinate and oversee offshore construction, load-out, transportation, hook-up and commissioning support.

The role requires leadership across engineering, fabrication, marine and commissioning teams, with focus on safety, efficiency and compliance with project specs; ADNOC PMC offshore project with movement to offshore site on rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, structural, civil or marine engineering.
• 15–18 years offshore construction/installation experience.
• Experience with Topsides, bridges and heavy lift operations.
• PMP and offshore safety certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction and offshore installation engineering for topsides, bridges, modules and related structures.
• Review installation methodologies, lifting plans, rigging studies and procedures.
• Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, marine and commissioning teams to meet project objectives.
• Monitor offshore installation progress and provide technical guidance to site teams.
