Zusammenfassung

Penspen is seeking an experienced offshore construction completion lead to coordinate and drive system completion, punch-list, and turnover for offshore oil & gas facilities. You will ensure proper documentation, ICAPS data integrity, and seamless handover across construction, commissioning and operations.

This role requires extensive offshore project experience, an engineering degree, and the ability to interface with multiple disciplines and contractors to meet project milestones and safety

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
Minimum 20+ years of experience, with 5–8+ years in offshore projects.

Aufgaben

Coordinate and manage construction completion, system completion, punch-list, inspection/test records, ICAPS data and turnover activities for offshore oil & gas facilities.
Lead completion activities for offshore areas and subsea systems, ensure proper inspection, documentation, systemization and handover to Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning and Operations.
Act as interface between Construction, Completion, Commissioning, QA/QC, Engineering, Operations, subcontractors and Client/Operator.
Establish completion priorities aligned with commissioning and startup requirements.
Coordinate completion activities using ICAPS or equivalent systems and ensure all records are accurately entered and maintained.
