Job summary

Stratigrowth is seeking a Senior Regulatory Compliance Advisor to join our Centralized Global Compliance team in Dubai. In this role, you will support compliance frameworks across offshore jurisdictions, engaging with regulators to ensure operational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in financial services compliance and direct knowledge of offshore regulatory frameworks, particularly FSC Mauritius. This role offers the opportunity to shape compliance operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services compliance, particularly within CFD brokerages, fintech, or compliance consultancies.
• Direct experience with offshore regulatory frameworks and multi-jurisdiction licensing models is required.
• Knowledge of FSC Mauritius is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance activities across offshore licensed entities and regulatory jurisdictions.
• Engage with regulators, handling inquiries, inspections, and filings.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures tailored to regulatory requirements.
• Conduct compliance reviews and assessments to evaluate compliance controls.
• Align local regulatory expectations with the firm's global compliance framework.
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks associated with offshore licensed entities.
