Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services in Abu Dhabi seeks an Architectural Draftsman - Offshore to join an offshore project team. You will prepare architectural drawings and models, from design development through construction and final as-built submission, using AutoCAD and Revit.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI in Civil Drafting with 3–5 years of related experience in construction, infrastructure, or oil & gas. Offshore work includes accommodation, transportation, and meals.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI in civil drafting with 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, or oil & gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural plans, elevations, sections, and building code requirements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit/BIM with as-built, revision control and coordination with MEP/structural teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coordinated architectural drawings and details for buildings, fit-out works and modular facilities from design through construction and as-built submission.
• Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans and construction details; develop partition, ceiling, flooring, wall-finish, door, window, joinery details.
• Produce and update drawings and models using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Prepare door, window, finish and room schedules and coordinate approved materials.
