Job summary

ADNOC is seeking a senior data scientist to lead the offshore AI strategy and data analytics efforts across exploration, development and production domains. You will design and deploy AI solutions using real-time data and advanced analytics to unlock operational improvements.

You will work with diverse data sources, develop scalable models, and mentor a growing team of data scientists to advance digital oilfields initiatives within a leading national energy company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, AI, Robotics, Petroleum or equivalent discipline.
• 10+ years in large-scale Data Science and Analytics in Oil & Gas or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of NLP, ML, ANN and related AI techniques.
• Proficient in Python, SQL and data analytics tools; experience with BI tools and big data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain offshore AI strategy and data analytics framework for DOF and related domains.
• Lead design, implementation, and deployment of scalable AI tools and predictive models.
• Work with real-time and sensor data to build, validate and operationalize analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers to translate data insights into production improvements.
• Mentor teams and conduct workshops to drive adoption of AI/analytics across the organization.
