Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Offplan Consultant at our Dubai office. The Offplan Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on purchase and investment opportunities in new property developments. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing and presenting reports, managing client relations, and liaising with developers and real estate professionals to close deals. The role also involves ensuring a thorough understanding of the latest real estate trends and property market dynamics.
