Job Description
The Officer – Vendor Management is responsible to support the following areas:
Supplier Registration and Relationship Management
- Act as a key liaison between the organization and its suppliers during the registration and onboarding process.
- Assist vendors with registration requirements and ensure timely and accurate documentation.
- Maintain and update the vendor master database periodically to ensure correctness and completeness.
Administration Support and Operational Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Vendor Management department.
- Assist in the preparation of departmental reports, KPIs, and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain an organized and auditable document control system, ensuring that all records, and supplier files are accessible and up to date.
